5. What internet access services are available for dedicated servers?
Datahouse.net (eTOP Sp. z o.o.) is a telecommunications operator AS20853 and offers internet access services in two variants:
- Dedicated symmetric connection with a bandwidth of 100 Mb/s.
- Dedicated symmetric connection with a bandwidth of 1 Gb/s and a monthly transfer limit of 10 TB.
Both variants have a guaranteed CIR ratio of 100%, meaning the client gets the full bandwidth capacity.
6. Do datahouse.net services comply with GDPR requirements?
Yes, all datahouse.net services comply with the technical, organizational, and formal requirements outlined in Article 28 of the GDPR Regulation.

Formal guarantees are already included in the Terms of Service.
7. Does datahouse.net have ISO certifications?

13. How are electricity charges calculated for colocation?
For colocation of individual devices, the flat fee for power and cooling is included in the monthly subscription fee.

This fee is calculated based on the rated power of the colocated device's power supply, assuming 61% of the rated power as the basis for calculations.
14. What internet access services are available for colocated devices?
datahouse.net (eTOP Sp. z o.o.) as a telecommunications operator AS20853 offers internet access services in two variants:

- Dedicated symmetric connection with a bandwidth from 10 Mb/s to 10 Gb/s (CIR 100%).
- Dedicated symmetric connection with a 1 Gb/s bandwidth, expandable to 10 Gb/s, and a monthly transfer limit from 1 TB to 100 TB.

The client decides which connection variant is best suited for their service.
15. What Tier class data center is Datahouse.net?
Datahouse.net meets all Tier 3 ANSI/ITU-942 requirements, and in the newest part of the data center, it meets Tier 4 standards.
16. For what period can a virtual server lease agreement be signed?
The virtual server lease agreement can be signed for an indefinite period with a 30-day notice period, effective at the end of the next billing cycle after the termination request is submitted.

It is also possible to sign a fixed-term agreement (12, 24, or 36 months), which allows for a lower service price and guarantees a fixed rate throughout the contract duration.

Additionally, we offer a one-time service option for a period of 1 month.

19. What are the maximum specifications for a virtual server?
Customers can freely configure a virtual server based on the following maximum specifications:

- Number of cores: up to 16
- Amount of RAM: up to 64 GB
- Storage size: up to 1000 GB
- Type of storage: SSD or NVMe
20. What internet access services are available for virtual servers?

1. Do I need to have my own telecommunications cabinet to use the colocation service?
No, owning your own cabinet is not required. We offer the option to use our telecommunications cabinets, either by renting the entire cabinet or half of it, depending on the selected service.
2. How is the power supply for colocated devices handled?
The power supply for colocated devices is provided in a way that ensures continuous operation. The client is typically connected to a set of large online UPS units, which regenerate output power using inverters.

Additionally, behind the UPS units, there are devices that automatically switch to diesel engine-powered generators, ensuring full backup in case of a power outage from the grid.
3. What does the "redundant power supply" option mean?
The "redundant power supply" option provides additional protection for the devices' power. If the client's device has redundant (dual) power supplies, it is possible to connect the second power supply to a separate UPS system.

This ensures that even in the event of an inverter failure in one of the UPS units, the device will continue to operate without interruption, providing maximum reliability of the service.
4. How can I connect several servers at datahouse.net to communicate with each other?
You can connect your servers in two ways:

1. Colocate your own switch in our infrastructure.
2. Lease ports on our switch, which will allow easy and efficient connection of your servers into a single network.

5. What happens when the space for my Simple Backup service runs out?
When the space on the Simple Backup service runs out, a "DISK FULL" message will appear. However, before this happens, the client will automatically be alerted via email about the impending disk space exhaustion, allowing them to take appropriate action.
6. Can I have an internet connection from another provider besides the one offered by datahouse.net?
Yes, at datahouse.net you can connect an internet link from another provider. Most operators have their access points within datahouse.net, allowing you to use their services seamlessly within our infrastructure.

7. Can I order a direct link to foreign operators or TPSA bypassing the datahouse.net routers?
Yes, at Datahouse.net it is possible to order a direct link to Tier 1 operators or TPSA, bypassing the datahouse.net routers. The customer's service can be terminated directly at the router of the chosen operator, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing latency.

8. What should I do in case of a failure of my server colocated at Datahouse.net?
In case of a server failure, report the issue as soon as possible using one of the following options:

1. By phone: Call (22) 578 0330 for immediate assistance.
2. By email: Contact us by sending a report to our email address.
3. Through the website: Report the issue using the form on our website.

Depending on the type of failure, you can either get help from our service team or schedule a visit to the colocation center to perform the repair yourself.
9. My leased server has stopped working – when will it be repaired?
In the case of a leased server failure from datahouse.net, the repair is carried out according to the purchased SLA level. The repair process begins immediately upon receiving the report. You can report the issue using:

Yes, access to traffic load graphs is available. Contact our customer support team for more information and to activate this service. We will be happy to assist you in configuring access to the appropriate monitoring tools.
11. Can I use Datahouse.net's secondary DNS servers while hosting my servers there?
Yes, clients with servers at datahouse.net can use the secondary DNS service for free, which is included in the service price. Contact us to activate this functionality.
12. Can I use the BGP protocol with PI addressing?
Yes, Datahouse.net offers BGP protocol support, and it is available free of charge. Contact us for more information and to configure BGP for your PI addressing.
13. Can I have the option for remote reboot or access to KVM IP?
Yes, we offer both the remote reboot option and access to KVM IP:

1. Remote reboot: This feature allows for temporarily disconnecting the power of devices on request, sent via the web interface.
2. IP KVM: We provide remote access to the server, including virtual media support (CD/DVD ROM). The IP KVM service can be available either permanently or temporarily, e.g., during software installation.

14. What should I do if emails from my server are being blocked by Microsoft servers?
If emails from your server are being blocked by Microsoft servers (e.g., outlook.com, live.com, hotmail.com, msdn.com), please follow these steps:
