What is AI Workspace DH?
It is a private, ready-to-use work environment delivered on KVM VPS infrastructure with an operating system, selected applications, Codex and task-specific toolsets. The user connects through RDP.
How quickly can the environment be started?
The base infrastructure is available without buying hardware. Delivery time depends on the required applications, licences, integrations, data migration and acceptance rules. We confirm the schedule after a short workflow analysis.
Can it work with Wapro and send invoices to KSeF?
Yes, the workspace can support workflows in Wapro and other accounting systems and use an authorised KSeF integration. The exact scope depends on licences, APIs, permissions and the approval model agreed with the client.
Can AI Workspace DH read and answer email?
Yes. With access to the selected mailbox it can classify messages, analyse attachments, prepare replies and execute approved routing rules. Sending can require human approval for selected message types.
Can it create custom software and services?
Yes. Developer variants can include source repositories, build tools, tests, browser automation, databases and deployment workflows for internal applications, integrations, APIs and websites.
Is it accessed only from the office?
No. The workspace is available through a compatible RDP client from a computer, thin client, tablet or phone, subject to the configured network and authentication policy.
Where are documents and company data stored?
They remain in the client's isolated DataHouse environment and connected repositories selected for the project. Access, backup, retention and external AI/API data flows are configured and documented for the agreed solution.
What is included in the calculator price?
It shows the current net monthly price of the base VPS infrastructure. Turnkey setup, application and AI/API licences, integrations, backup, administration and migration are priced separately according to scope.
