B2B partnership
Programme for IT resellers, agents and integrators
DataHouse works with companies that resell infrastructure, introduce customers or build their own services on data-centre platforms. Reseller, agent and integrator models have distinct commercial rules so that each partner can retain the right sales role, customer relationship and room to develop its own offer.
Short answer
DataHouse works with companies that resell infrastructure, introduce customers or build their own services on data-centre platforms. Reseller, agent and integrator models have distinct commercial rules so that each partner can retain the right sales role, customer relationship and room to develop its own offer.
Reseller: buy at a partner price and sell with your own margin
A reseller orders DataHouse services under individually agreed partner terms and offers them to its own customers at a chosen end price. The difference between the partner price and the resale price forms the reseller margin. The discount depends on the service portfolio, volume, term and operational responsibility.
Agent: DataHouse contracts the customer and pays recurring commission
An agent introduces the customer and qualified opportunity to DataHouse. DataHouse contracts, delivers and bills the end customer, while the agent receives an agreed monthly commission for as long as the introduced service remains active and meets the programme terms.
Integrator: sell your own service on DataHouse platforms
An integrator sells its own implementation, application, managed service or industry solution running on DataHouse VPS, Cloud Pro, dedicated servers, GPU, colocation or storage. Integrators receive special lower partner prices and additional volume discounts as their service portfolio grows.
Dedicated solutions and engineering support
Partners can use project quotations, presales and engineering support for architecture, migration, networking, backup, DR, security and operations. The portfolio can include Multiserver NAS over S3, NFS and SMB, direct links to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and dedicated Anti-DDoS with 24/7 NOC/SOC support.
Practical checklist
- Choose the cooperation model: reseller, agent or integrator; roles can be combined after responsibilities are agreed.
- Describe your customers, typical services, expected volume, SLA needs and the support scope you retain.
- Together we select platforms, architecture, migration, backup, networking, protection and the operating model.
- We agree partner pricing, commission rules or volume discounts and the end-customer service model.
- Launch the first service or pilot project with DataHouse presales and engineering support.
- As the portfolio grows, periodically review volume, terms and the plan for further deployments.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a reseller and an agent?
A reseller buys a DataHouse service at a partner price and sets its own customer price, earning a margin. An agent does not resell the service: it introduces the customer to DataHouse and receives an agreed recurring monthly commission after the customer contracts and keeps the service active.
How does an integrator earn money?
An integrator sells its own implementation, application, managed service or industry solution running on DataHouse infrastructure. It uses special lower partner prices and can receive additional volume discounts as the number and value of services grow.
Are discounts and commission rates public?
No. They are agreed individually based on the cooperation model, service mix, volume, contract term, support scope and each party's responsibility. This matches the terms to the partner's real portfolio instead of forcing every partner into one fixed threshold.
Can partners use DataHouse presales support?
Yes. We help qualify requirements, design architecture, size resources, plan migration, networking, backup, DR and security, and prepare a quotation. DataHouse participation in end-customer discussions is agreed with the partner.
Which solutions are available to partners?
Partners can build offers on VPS, Cloud Pro, dedicated and GPU servers, colocation, private rooms, administration, backup, Multiserver NAS, direct public-cloud links and dedicated Anti-DDoS with 24/7 NOC/SOC support.
Can partnership models be combined?
Yes, where a project requires it. One company can resell one service portfolio, act as an integrator for its own solution and become an agent for an opportunity contracted directly by DataHouse. Each case is documented in the agreed partnership terms.
