POWER SUPPLY
Three levels of uninterruptible power supply system: Level I - power supply from two independent substations with a capacity of 2 x 800 kVA Level II - three independent UPS systems with a total capacity of over 480 kVA Level III - three automatic power generators (with fuel supply up to 24 hours) with a capacity of over 450 kVA The system consists of Lovato Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) followed by Fogo generator sets with IVECO and John Deere power units. The customer's devices are galvanically isolated from the external network, because their power is supplied through General Electric's "on-line" UPS devices, where both the mains and the current from the batteries (in the event of a power failure) undergoes double conversion on transforming circuits - rectifiers, and on an inverter-inverter system).
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
All server rooms are air-conditioned. It is a MDV and Fujitsu inverter duct air conditioning system with a heat pump capacity of over 325 kW and hot air launchers. The temperature in the server rooms is 22o Celsius +/- 3o. Server rooms are equipped with raised technical floors with an anti-electrostatic coating.
ACCESS CONTROL AND PROTECTION
Electronic access control system, alarm installation, physical protection, monitored fire installation, CCTV. Physical security includes the Roger access control system, Siemens and Satel alarm systems and a fire detection system based on optical and temperature sensors. The server rooms are also equipped with an extinguishing system that extinguishes with the use of flame-choking gases (FM-200).
DATA DELIVERY SECURITY
The Datahouse data center has 3 independent fiber optic connections to our nodes located at traffic exchange points. These connections are realized by two geographical routes. In the data layer, Cisco Inc. solutions were used. based on Catalyst type network switches and Extreme Networks solution The protocol layer is based on Juniper Networks solutions through the use of dynamic routing protocols implemented in M ??class routers. The use of the BGPv4 dynamic routing protocol for both interconnection and internal connections ensures both redundancy and the selection of the shortest packet route.
ACCESS TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE
The most important elements of a good colocation are centralization, reliability and redundancy. DataHouse.pl is located in the eTOP network system (AS 20853) and it is ensured by direct fiber-optic connections with a capacity of 1 Gbps and 10 Gb / s with domestic and foreign operators and traffic exchange points. Internet access is based on traffic exchange using the BGP protocol. We also have direct operator contacts for resources of several dozen operators. Monitoring of services and servers
Manage Engine Inc. software is used to monitor devices and services. with the possibility of both SNMP monitoring and specific services, as well as using the terminal logging mechanism. Our own solutions are also used to monitor other service elements, such as environmental parameters, power supply, availability, and physical access.

All issues related to the performance and storage of backups are usually agreed upon with the Customer.
